Todd Green is a President and Consulting Actuary at CavMac.  He has over 27 years of public sector actuarial and consulting experience providing services to all types of public clients.  Todd serves as lead consulting actuary for many Municipal and State level pension plans all over the  country.  As a President of CavMac, Todd leads the financial operations of the firm.  He is also the IT Leader in our firm and is responsible for the development and maintenance of our actuarial software and systems.
